An attorney representing rapper Megan Thee Stallion denies allegations made by her former photographer in a lawsuit.

Stallion’s attorney Alex Spiro said in a statement to People.com:

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”

The lawsuit was filed by Emilio Garcia on April 22 in Los Angeles County. Garcia claims he was forced to watch the rapper have sex with another woman in an SUV.

The complaint claimed the incident happened “On or around June 2022,” while Garcia was traveling with Stallion on tour in Ibiza.

According to the complaint:

“After a night out, PLAINTIFF, STALLION, and three other women were riding in a SUV together. Suddenly, STALLION and one of the other women start having sex right beside PLAINTIFF. PLAINTIFF could not get out of the car as it was both moving and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country. PLAINTIFF was embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”

The next day, Garcia claims Stallion warned him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”

She then, allegedly, “berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards PLAINTIFF such as “Fat B***h,” “Spit your food out,” and that “You don’t need to be eating.”

Garcia also accused Stallion of underpaying him for his photography services. He said Stallion became possessive when he confided in a makeup artist that he intended to quit.

“Later that night, STALLION drunkenly FaceTimed the PLAINTIFF and, after Plaintiff expressed his belief he was being underpaid for the amount of hours actually asked of him, they reached an ‘understanding,’ with STALLION affirming, ‘We’re good.’ Despite the conversation, PLAINTIFF remained scheduled for STALLION’s upcoming gig the following Friday.”

In June, Roc Nation reached out to Garcia and informed him that his services were no longer needed.
