Bleu, who was born Jeremy Biddle, was arrested on Oct. 15 in Hall County, Georgia and released on a $2,400 bond, TMZ reported.

Bleu, 29, was taken into custody after police responded to a 911 call from a home in Flowery Branch, Ga.

According to a statement from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, “The victim told the responding deputy she and Biddle had been in a custody dispute over a 10-year-old child.
