Ray J just showed off his latest tattoo which is an elaborate portrait of his sister and “best friend” Brandy.
The famous tattooist Mashkow took care of Ray J’s portrait which will become one of many pieces he’s putting together for a leg sleeve he’s dubbing the “Holy Leg.”
