Rappers Snoop Dogg (left) and Master P are suing Walmart and Post Foods for sabotaging their cereal brand.

In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, attorney Ben Crump accused Post Foods and Walmart of using “deceptive practices” to sabotage the cereal brand.

Crump is representing both Snoop (Calvin Broadus Jr) and Master P (Percy Miller Sr).

The civil rights attorney claims Walmart prevented Snoop and Master P’s cereal from being placed on store shelves.

Snoop (left) and Master P founded Broadus Foods in 2022. They introduced two brands, Snoop Cereal and Momma Snoop.

The cereal brand launched in stores last Summer.

Master P and Snoop Dogg attempted to launch another brand named Snoop Loopz in 2022.

They discontinued the product launch due to a trademark infringement case filed by Kellogg, which owns Froot Loops cereal.

In an Instagram post last year, Snoop Dogg said: “So they don’t want us to use Snoop Loopz on our cereal box even though that’s my name.”

He added: “We’ve built a national brand and disrupted the cereal industry, We did it with hard work and integrity. I know they’re uncomfortable and scared. But our mission is to build diversity and economic empowerment. Times have changed.”

Snoop continued: “There’s enough room for all of us to be successful. This is bigger than us, we are fighting for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

He concluded: “We’re no longer just being consumers, we’re educating the culture, building our own brands, and passing down generational wealth.”
