Sean Combs and Yung Miami ‘Taking a Break’ Amid His Legal Drama

Now we know why rapper Yung Miami has been silent in the days after singer Cassie filed a lawsuit against Sean “Puffy” Combs for rape and abuse.

The City Girls rapper has been silent since Cassie filed the bombshell lawsuit on Nov. 16. Combs threw in the towel and agreed to settle the suit just one day later.

Combs’ attorney said the settlement is not an admission of guilt.

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Brafman said in a statement on Friday. “Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

TMZ published paparazzi photos of Combs looking sick to his stomach a day after the settlement was announced.

But sources say Combs is depressed because his rumored girlfriend, Yung Miami, reportedly sent someone to his Star Island mansion to collect her belongings after the news broke.

A source said Yung Miami isn’t answering his calls, but she did text him to say she’s “busy” and they should “take a break” for now.

Social media users trolled Yung Miami, real name Caresha Brownlee, for dating a 55-year-old man with a history of domestic violence.

DJ Akademiks tweeted: “Yung Miami loud a*s aint tweet in 4 days. Cmon… dont make it this obvious lOl.”

Sources say Caresha, 29, is concerned about the effect Combs’ legal drama might have on her career. She can’t rely on rap music to pay her bills forever.

In a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club with her rap partner JT (left), Caresha complained that her management team didn’t promote their new album, RAW.

The album, with song titles such as “Face Down” and “F–k the D to the A,” debuted at No. 117 on Billboard’s 200 chart.
