Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend was arrested on misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief charges in Manhattan on Wednesday, Oct. 25, according to TMZ.

Grace Jabbari, of London, England, was booked at Manhattan’s 10th Precinct, just hours after a judge denied Majors’ motion to dismiss his assault charges against her.

Jabbari was booked on assault charges, even though the Manhattan D.A.’s office filed court papers on Tuesday, saying it informed the NYPD last month that they had no intention of prosecuting Jabbari for “the belated allegations made by defendant [Majors] regarding the incident on March 25, 2023.”

That means Jabbari was arrested even though the D.A.’s Office will not prosecute her. The NYPD and the D.A.’s Office disagree on the justification for Jabbari’s arrest.

According to TMZ, the NYPD believes it had probable cause to arrest Jabbari.
